Veterinary Technician

I grew up in a family that had dedicated their time to working with rescue animals that had different medical needs. We always had various critters in our care, from reptiles to horses. I followed in my parent's footsteps and continued to volunteer my time working with different rescues in the DFW area. I took this passion one step further by working hard in veterinary medicine as a technician. Over the years I've become even more passionate about senior and hospice care. I'm now a certified Companion Pet End of Life Doula and working to also become a certified Wildlife Rehabilitator in the state of Texas. Working alongside animals and their people is something truly spectacular that I'm so fortunate to be able to do!

In my spare time, I enjoy gaming, creating art, spending time in nature, baking, and being a mother to my two smart and beautiful girls. My girls and I currently care for 3 dogs, 3 cats, a bearded dragon, and a mini pig. I grew up in California and have moved to different states from the west coast to the east coast and settled back in Texas in 2017. One of my goals in my career is to one day work with and rehabilitate elephants.
